Andrew Ginis
Attorney, LL.M. in Taxation
I am passionate about serving my clients’ needs and forming lasting relationships built on trust. I earn that trust by delivering excellent work and results, and by treating my clients as whole people first, not just their legal matter.
I also hold an advanced tax degree and use it to help my clients plan efficient transactions and preserve wealth for future generations while minimizing tax consequences. I apply technical knowledge and analytical skill to navigate the complex world of trusts, estates, and related business and real property matters in approachable and understandable ways.
Taxes are important, but they are not the only concern. Successful estate plans must provide smooth transitions from one generation to the next. Coming from a blended family, I understand that every family is different, and every estate plan must be tailored to fit.
I’m fascinated with all things food, whether it’s cooking, foraging for mushrooms, exploring obscure tidbits of history, or enjoying something new from one of Portland’s many talented chefs. Between food adventures, I can often be found in my garden or playing euro-style board games with my husband and friends.
