Amanda Duncan

Attorney

I know that family law is personal. Behind every case is a family navigating change and uncertainty. My practice is built on the belief that strong advocacy begins with genuine empathy. I strive to collaborate with clients to understand their legal goals and the emotional realities that shape their decisions. Whether facing divorce, custody issues, or complex parenting disputes, I take the time to listen, explain options in plain language, and develop a strategy that reflects the client’s values and priorities. While I approach each matter with compassion, I am also a firm and strategic advocate in negotiations and in court. My goal is not just to resolve cases, but to help clients move forward with clarity, dignity, and confidence in the next chapter of their lives.

My husband and I moved to Oregon in 2025, so we try to spend our free time exploring Portland and the surrounding areas when we are not visiting with family. On the weekends, you can usually find me on a hike with my dog or enjoying a new restaurant with my husband.
